




Get your booty, quads, and hammys matching y’all 🤓 today I started my lift with a little bit of banded HIIT exercises to warm up, the workout was: •SLDLs 3×15 •sumo squats 4×15 worked my way up in weight 🍑
•smith machine lunges- 3×12 each leg. If there’s one exercise I despise it’s lunges for sure, they can really be a pain but ya gotta do em. 😭🔥🔥 •high & close stance leg press- went heavier in these this week. I’ve been doing a set of 15 reps, 15 second break 12 reps (heavy) doing that twice, then adding weight 15 reps- (15 second rest, then try for at least 12 reps which I also did twice. I upped the weight and reduced my rest time in between. my legs were shotttt 🔥🔥
