TWO YEAR TRANSFORMATION!!! SWIPE👉🏻👉🏻👉🏻 2017, that’s me post tonsil surgery minus about 20 lbs. I was in bed for about 3-4 weeks, unable to eat anything besides jello… which was torture😭😭 considering how much I loooove food, if you couldn’t tell. For me this was a huuuge set back… getting back into it I felt weak. My mental state was slowly deteriorating with the rest of my gains. but, with time and patience I was able to gradually build my strength back up to what it was, and then some. 2 years later I’m back and still building. There’s going to be ups and downs, that’s all apart of the process. Truuust😉💗🍑
