It’s Monday so I know we’re all chasing that quad/ glute pump 🤷🏼♀️ •regular stance HT 2×10 •banded wide stance HT 3×12
•sumo deads 4×10
•belt squats 3×10
•lying leg curls 4×15
•leg extensions 4×12 (Also warmed up with 3 quick sets of banded kick backs 3×25 each leg)
today’s workout was pretty simple but I got shit done and I feel gooood!!! enjoy your Monday y’all 😻😻
