





aaaand another workout video for my babes💛 I felt like a freakin bumble bee today this outfit was soooo cute 🐝 these leggings are from the recent @alphalete drop n they are soooo comfy!!! of course I did not let them touch the floor 😂
anyways today’s workout was pretty intense:
•warm up w single leg double banded HT 3×15
•banded HT w 45s to start (wide stance) 2×15; up the weight no band 2×12
•cable kick backs 3×15 each leg
•cable squat pulses w heavy band 3×15
•landmine RDLS 3×20 (pulse for da burnnnn)
•(NOT SHOWN) smith machine sumo squats 3×12 (45 lb plates)
•smith machine lunges w 45 lb plates 3×8
spent 2.5 hours in the gym today, I’m feeling amazing! hope your next lift is amaaazin. LOVE YALL 💛
