•I’m always asked how I keep my waist thin whilst continuing to grow my glutes… a few tips I use: waist trainer, cardio, diet, and some sort of supplement that’ll realllly get ya sweating! (yes, we all know abs are made in the kitchen, this is just additional advice) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*DISCLAIMER: what works for one person, doesn’t work for everyone!!!!) with that being said, I use a waist trainer usually during my lifts. I own 1 sweet sweat band from like amazon that I’ll use during any heavy weightlifting where I’m going to be bending a lot so either leg/back days. Upper body days I use the super tight waist trainer that has the straps to make it reeaaally tight! as well as for cardio. Whether or not you feel waist trainers are helpful it’s really not up for debate I just do what I feel suits me🤷🏻♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
