aaaand another workout video for my babes๐ I felt like a freakin bumble bee today this outfit was soooo cute ๐ these leggings are from the recent @alphalete drop n they are soooo comfy!!! of course I did not let them touch the floor ๐
anyways todayโs workout was pretty intense:
โขwarm up w single leg double banded HT 3×15
โขbanded HT w 45s to start (wide stance) 2×15; up the weight no band 2×12
โขcable kick backs 3×15 each leg
โขcable squat pulses w heavy band 3×15
โขlandmine RDLS 3×20 (pulse for da burnnnn)
โข(NOT SHOWN) smith machine sumo squats 3×12 (45 lb plates)
โขsmith machine lunges w 45 lb plates 3×8
spent 2.5 hours in the gym today, Iโm feeling amazing! hope your next lift is amaaazin. LOVE YALL ๐
