Let’s talk about rounding: My fav top 6 exercises to firm/ round and lift those glutes! ~ in the end, it’s the effort you put into your workouts that will be what makes the difference. So remember to push yourself each and everyday if you wanna make progress.
1) Single leg deadlifts
2) Bulgarian Split Squats
3) Squat kickbacks
4) Side lunge into curtesy lunge
5) Hip abduction
6) Glute bridge & single leg banded glute bridges

these are some of the most EFFICIENT 👏 anything you are having trouble with I can video and put up on my next leg day. It’s a little challenging to dm everyone workouts but I’m doing my best to answer all! patience is key 🔑 I hope these help for your next leg day 😉 (*please remember that in these posts I’m not stating that these are the ONLY workouts that are effective*)
