coming in hot with today’s workout 🏋️♀️ today was booty n hammys of course 😉 •started off with some sumo dead lifts 3×10
•split squats 3×12 SS w single leg RDLS 3×15 🔥🔥🔥
•banded wide stance HT this week a little heavier than last weeks I added a plate 3×15
•cable curtsy lunges w abductors 3×10, then 5 abductors 5 curtsy lunges each set
•SS w banded kick backs 3×20
•hamstring curls 3×15 (45 lbs)
Today’s workout lasted about 2.5 hours again, and I feel amazing afterwords. Taking my time, upping the weight and feeling my muscles growing each week is so rewarding. and of course my beautiful videographer for the day @tatianaxo3 ❤️ you da best hehe.
