here’s my leg day workout from today,
my booty is already sore 🤑
Workout:
•sumo squats: 4×12
•belt squats : 2 sets then up the weight, feet out far in front of you and wide stance to target the glutes 🍑
•DB RDLs 3×15 these I took nice and slow and felt each rep and it burnedddd y’all. had my @jujubandz_ for some extra resistance 😍
•banded DB squats same thing with these slowwwww and controlled focusing on squeezing those glutes!
•RDL combination single leg, double, single and repeat for 10, do 3 sets of these and wowowow 🔥🔥🔥 got it from my girl @allieandrews_ when we lifted the other day and we were dying 😂🥵
•leg press feet placed far up and wide 3 sets of 15
I finished up my workout with leg extensions and that was it! I haven’t ran in 2 days because my body has been absolutely exhausted, so I’ll be getting back into that tomorrow which is exciting 💪🏻💪🏻 hope y’all enjoy the day workout, save it for ya next lift 🍑🍑🍑
