Workout:
Warmup- (not shown) •banded kick backs
•banded squats with pulses to get the glutes burning 🔥 make sure you’re being super slow and controlled throughout your squat!
•jumped right into some DB RDLs 4×20
•DB lunges 3×12 each leg
•squats 4×12 (first 2 sets start off light, second 2 up weight)
•lying leg curls 4×20 (up weight each set)
•leg press feet centered and close together 4×15
