

Some clips of my workout the other day that i wasn’t even going to record without a push.. I miss making content in the gym but lately I’ve been so focused on getting the perfect workouts with no distractions…
so here it is y’all, the best way to grow your booty is to EAT and lift heavy. form is everything!!
Workout:
•deficit Bulgarian split squats on the smith machine (which I personally find easier than DBs) 3×15
•hip thrusts on the HT machine 4×15 even tho the machine was pretty uncomfortable 😭😭
•hack squat (not shown) 3×15
•leg extensions 4×15
•abductor machine (not shown) 5×15
