Romanian lunges on smith 3×12 each leg
Single leg elevated HT with a band and 25lb DB 3×12 each leg SS with in place lunges 16 one leg 16 the other – 20 lb dumb bells
Banded hip thrusts 3×12 (wide stance)
Cable curtesy lunges 3×20 reps into hip abductor 12 each leg then switch and do the other leg SS with reverse lunges 3×12 each leg (used a 60lb barbell)
Pulse Squats with the 60lb barbell 3x 15 SS with single leg press downs on the pull up machine 3×12 reps ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
