Romanian lunges on smith 3Γ12 each leg
Single leg elevated HT with a band and 25lb DB 3Γ12 each leg SS with in place lunges 16 one leg 16 the other β 20 lb dumb bells
Banded hip thrusts 3Γ12 (wide stance)
Cable curtesy lunges 3Γ20 reps into hip abductor 12 each leg then switch and do the other leg SS with reverse lunges 3Γ12 each leg (used a 60lb barbell)
Pulse Squats with the 60lb barbell 3x 15 SS with single leg press downs on the pull up machine 3Γ12 reps β β β β β β β β β
