SLDLS 4×12 (up weight after 2 sets)
Sumo deads 4×15
Hip thrusts 3×15
split squats SS with single leg RDLS 3×12
Didn’t get to record the whole workout but here ya gooo. It’s been too long since I’ve recorded my lifts and I need to get back into it. I’ve just been so focused on my growth, I have huge goals set in my mind 🧠
