had to share this with y’all because I think it’s very important- your mental state during your lifts can literally make or break you. Yesterday I hip thrusted 275 for 7 reps, I just really felt the need to push myself. going into it I was nervous about doing 2 plates, turns out I got it up with ease. so I decided to add some 25s and went into that like “oh boy”. as soon as I went into it I gave up! wonder why right? I couldn’t let myself give up that easily knowing I had more strength in me. Got back into it and got 7 reps outta these legs!! With a hold!!! im proud of myself 😊
