HERE ARE A FEW EXERCISES TARGETING CERTAIN AREAS OF THE BOOTY!!!
•First I warmed up with some banded step ups to get a burn going🔥
•banded kick backs 3×12 each leg SS w banded diagonal kicks for some outer booty work! Leg is kicking slightly diagonal, not all the way to the back or side like a regular banded kick back.
•front foot elevated lunges 4×12 each leg to target your under booty!
•banded HT 3×20 light weight heavy reps, feet are closer in towards the body and closer together. The video is sped up, but during each rep was a show and controlled motion throughout each. SS w some frog pumps 3×20
