TONIGHTS BOOTY PUMP WORKOUTS:
Single leg HT 3×15
Banded Squats on smith 4×12-15 go up in weight each set
Banded Frog thrusts 3×20 with a 20lb DB
Sumo dead lifts 4×12 with 45’s
Banded cable pulls
SS banded hip abduction with band 3×20 reps each leg
cable curtsy lunges SS w cable abductors
Knee up step back lunges 4×12 each leg holding 20lbs (do one leg then do the other)
SS banded hip abduction with band 3×20 reps each leg
Finish with donkey kick backs 5lb 3×20 each leg *some of tonights workouts MAY be posted on my story, haven’t gotten to take a look at them yet as I’ve been in a rush all day* have a good night loves ❤️
