•wide stance HT w 2 pumps each rep 2×10 SS w close stance feet far out 2×10 w 2 pumps each rep
•banded kick backs 3×25
Workout: weighted curtsy lunge, squat, curtsy lunge 3×15 pass that weight back and forth throughout 🔥🔥🔥
•goblet squats 4×20 these are a burnerrrrrrr 😭😭
•jump squats 4×12 , I did the best I could to jump so I wouldn’t hit my head lol but these kill! you’re legs will be on fire
•last: curtsy lunges 3×12 each leg
