•banded squats SS banded jump squats to get the glutes on fire 🔥 •leg press: 4×15 (up weight each set)
•SLDLS 4×12 (up weight on last 2 sets)
•belt squats 3×15
•landmine RDLS 4xburnout
killed another leg day and I’m feeling amazing 💕💗 save & use for ya next leg workout!
