Happy Monday loves!! Who’s training legs? a video like this is long overdue.. I’m going to start doing this more often considering how much my mind- muscle connection has improved over the years 😻 We are thinking about each muscle as we are performing the exercise ladies!!
workout: •warm up- activating glutes real quick with 2×30 banded kick backs SS w abductors in between each set.
•banded hip thrusts- feet farther out in front of you to target your glutes and hammies! 2×15 then up the weight another 2×15. •belt squats- 4×15 feet placed farther in front to target more glutes! I’m obsessed with this machine tbh 🔥
•landmine RDLS- 3×20 pulsing with each rep! I don’t go all the way up to squeeze so as to keep the tension on the booty the entire rep.
•leg press 2×15 start heavy (no more than 15 seconds between each set) drop weight 2xburnout! These are a killer finisher my legs/ booty feel like jello 😫 make sure feet are placed correctly on the press to target the booty 😉
