hey y’all 👋 it’s Fridayyyy finally! came to share with you all since I’m so frequently asked about my nutrition and eating habits. Before I get into this I’d just like to say that I’m not going to act like I’m a nutritionist because I’m not. I’m very far from it lol. BUT, I have picked up certain habits about what certain foods are good to put in your body, what will fuel you and keep your energy up, all the goods and the bads, etc. I’ve recently started eating @mealdealers and can feel small shifts in my body already. my diet before meal prepping was a lot of junk and unnecessary fats!
