•sumo deads 3×12
•hip thrusts 3×15
•SLDLs 4×12 (not shown)
•lunges w 20 lb dumbbells SS hip abductors 3×12 each (not shown)
Had to cut the lift short because my glutes were bothering me with a sharp pain… 😠I defs don’t wanna push it… just time to go harder on hump day 😉
