HIII babes 😻 workout video is loooong over due. today was focused on light weight- SLOW AND CONTROLLED!!! every set I took my time with, and pushed myself to feel the pain😭 hurt so bad not gonna lie😂
today’s workout: (didn’t get to record the first super set; remember these are slow, controlled, and your mind is on the glutes!!!)
•smith machine lunges w 25s 3×12 SS w frog pumps 3×25 w 35 lb plate
•banded hip thrusts light weight SLOW 3×10 (wide stance, toes pointed up, push through heels)
•sumo dead lifts 4×10
•elevated single leg hip thrusts (w band) w 20 lb dumbbell 3×15
•banded kick backs 3×30…. that shit will KILL YOU😭😭😭😭 Today’s workout was simple, yet super effective. Can’t wait to eat my body weight in fooodys tonight ❤️ happy Friday y’all 🙏🥰
