•Banded hip bridges 3×15
SS Banded step outs 3×12 (not shown)
•elevated smith machine pulse lunges 3×12 (stood on 45 lb plate) •sumo squat pulses 3×12 (legs wide pushing up through your heels, make sure your pulsing!)
•hip thrusts 4×15 (not shown) I upped my weight again this week! •single leg plated HT (no band)
•abductors (not shown, used machine)
those plated single leg hip thrusts I had to put that little mat there so I didn’t ruin my new @nvgtn leggings 😭 YES I bought another pair bc I am just obsessed. more pics to come y’all!! have a great dayyy🥰🥰
