hiiii my babes!! tonight’s workout is here for ya! vids are a little out of order I’ve been rushin around today so I’m just trying to put it together! •smith machine lunges SS closed leg squats 3×12 (push through your heels, feet forward) •weighted pistol squats (35 lb dumbbell) 3×15
•banded single leg HT 3×15 (30 lb barbell)
•hip thrusts 4×15 (upped my weight on the last 2 sets) – the bar was bigger today so I managed to pull out 10 reps of super slow and controlled thrusts. Weight was 225 and I’m suuuuper proud of that because most of the time technique flies out the window the heavier the weight. but I’m feeling stronger and am able to have control and push out 10 solid reps 😉
•sumo dead lifts 3×10 this time I upped my weight and used a bigger bar (65lbs and added 10s) •cable front squats SS weighted glute bridges (SS not shown) •banded cable RDLS (not shown)
