I can’t believe I let people get inside my head and make me question my own worth; never again 💪🏻 Today’s booty work consisted of: 🦋sumo deads: 3×15 pulse at the top and squeeze! 🦋SLDLs: 3×12 pulse again for a burn 🦋elevated belt squats: 4×12 feet out in front of you targeting your glutes! pushing up through your heels and squeezing! 🦋sideways leg press: 3×20 each leg 🦋leg press: 2×15 light weight, up weight again 2×12, then I added a 3rd plate 2×10!
