I have been glowing differently recently. I’ve let go of the mindset of feeling bad for myself, I stopped acting as though I’m a prisoner in my own mind. In order to let go, you have to come to terms with being OKAY with uncertainty. worries will come and go.. but they are not the end all… I can think of a million different scenarios where I’ve worked myself up into a panic about something that 1- turned out to be nothing and 2- does not matter in my current daily life.
I’ve turned my interest for psychology into a passion, not an excuse for my short comings. growth is a part of life and it feels good to experience physically and mentally. 💕 love ya self 😉
