today’s hump day workout was quick yet effective- I just want to point out something: I always try to incorporate sumo dead’s and SLDLs in all of my workouts whether it be one or the other, and I’m constantly changing up the reps, sets, weight, rest time, etc. I know what I need to do to grow. I cannot wait to share with you all my techniques I’ve picked up along the way in my guide. I’m working on thinking everything through as thoroughly as possible to make sure I get every detail down to a T! super grateful for everything I’ve accomplished so far and continue to do. love y’all, enjoy 💚💚💚💚
