I’ve been working on growing, rounding, and overall shaping my legs/ glutes for the longest. I’m so proud of my progress!
I wanna go through my workout and a few important things to focus on when training your glutes😊

Warm up: using my @BangEnergy resistance bands 😻 I did kick backs 3×30 SS donkey kicks 3×7 (immediately after each set of kick backs, it burns 🔥) •belt squats: these are mainly quad focused, but I make sure to push off my heels and squeeze at the top. Everything you are doing for your glutes should be pushing up through your heels! Notice my knees are NOT going forward past my toes •split squats 3×10 (not shown) SS with cable pull through 3×15 (heavy) •free weight squats: 3×12 (45lb plates). For these my feet are shoulder width apart; normal stance. push up through your heels, squeezing everything each rep. You will feel it 🔥🔥🔥 (not shown) •finisher: leg press burnout !! (Start heavy, decrease weight) (Not shown)
