🍑 for rounding and lifting: most people think that squats are the key to growing your glutes. I’m not going to go ahead and say they aren’t good for them, but squats are QUAD dominant. instead try more isolated exercises such as: 🍑hip thrusts 🍑kneeling cable pull-throughs ⠀
🍑kneeling squats 🍑glute bridges⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
These are just a few of my favorite. There are soooo many workouts you can do! Do not limit yourself ✨
Another tip that i LIVE by is mind muscle connection. Thinking about that muscle while your going through that exercise, and this goes for any body part. Really focusing on what your trying to improve makes a world of a difference 💪🏻
