•(15 each leg; 2 pulses) uneven squat pulse up ‘N overs
•dumbbell sit squats: 30
•(30 each leg) single leg step ups w explosive high knee
•dumbbell tap squats (tap each leg, squat : 20 reps
•kneel to squat jump w dumbbell : 12 reps
I did 4 rounds of each of these exercises and I’m sore af today 😭 enjoy the burn y’all🔥🔥🔥
