•5 am club crushed some legs today, I figured I’d give you guys a break down of what my week looks like for training! •how many times a week do I workout?💪🏻 6-7 times a week. The rest day depends on how sore I am… otherwise I’ll just do cardio. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•how many days a week do I train legs? 🦵
I train legs 3 days a week! normally all 3 leg days will be mainly glute/ hamstring focused. I incorporate quads into at least 2 of my days as well though! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•do I do cardio? 🏃‍♀️ Yesss! Normally cardio will be for the days I’m training arms, shoulders, and back. Usually I will warm up with stair stepper 5-10 minutes and jump on the elliptical to split up the time cause I hate cardio 😰
Oh and I ALWAYS use a waist trainer 😻😻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•I need to start posting more of my workouts and questions that are so commonly asked for you guys! I’m trying, my schedule is busy so I’ll be getting up extra early to make sure I can get everything done 😉 I LOVE YALL HAPPY HUMP DAYYYY
