There’s something I like about being strong. Strong as in not only physically but mentally as well. this time of the year is ROUGH! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ •mental health is everything to me. it’s all I’ve known for the past year, constantly battling with my own thoughts and fighting myself. don’t get me wrong my life is amazing. I couldn’t ask for anything more than what I have, but there are some days when the pressure, anxiety, and irrational fears tend to take over and I start to get in my own head. BUT this whole year has been a huge lesson on how to deal with these obstacles I’m facing. yes I said it OBSTACLES because that’s what it is. i refuse to let anxiety tear apart my life. although I’m not going into full detail about what I’m going through on a daily basis this is a reminder that through positivity you can literally turn your life around☺️ LETS GET THROUGH THIS WINTER YALL!!!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
