I would never post/ tell anyone who opens up to me about to what they are going through… but this message was so important and it hit VERY close to home… ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ if you take just a minute to read this it’s something very important to me. For someone- and there have been multiple people who have said the same thing- to come to me and express that they regularly check my posts in search of someone who’s going through exactly what they are. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ •I remember being there. The fact that they said “seeing an influencer especially someone who looks like you, I didn’t think good looking people even had problems”. im sorry if I’ve made it seem that my life is “perfect”. I could relate to this so much because I thought the same thing. over a year ago, while being diagnosed with an illness that scared me, I wondered why I was the way I was. I was embarrassed, and felt extremely alone. but I’ve learned so much through therapy, and I just think this is too important not to share. though I will not say what I have, I’m not quite ready to share with the world due to the stigma attached to it. But my days are filled with anxiety and battling my own mind. I’ve learned so many effective ways to push through and get on with my days without people knowing. it’s tough, but it’s NORMAL.
