


well… today was a rough one, mentally that is. shit happens, anyways tonight’s workout brought to you by yours truly 😉 I’ve been super fixated on my technique recently… and felt I needed a change. for my sumo workouts Instead of coming up all the way at the top and squeezing, I’ve been pulsing more in my sets and it has been super effective! I’m going to do whatever I feel works for me. 🤷🏼♀️ •Single leg RDLS on bench 20 lb dumbbell 3×12 SS split squats 3×12 (not shown)
•hip thrusts 3×15 SS staggered stance HT 3×5 •sumo dead lifts 3×12 (add 10s) •cable abductors 2×12 (not shown)
