What is keeping you motivated?✨ I’ve been stretching before and after my lifts, pushing my body to its limit every Monday Wednesday Friday. those are my 3 leg days, in between are days for cardio and light shoulders/ back. I feel amazing, eating more home cooked meals instead of eating out… I don’t count calories either, I simply feed my body when i feel hungry! lifting heavy I must get the nutrients my body needs in order to grow. Eat up y’all, get your ass to the gym and puuuush 😭❤️ Yesterdays leg workout: •warmed up with single leg banded HT w 20 lb dumbbell 3×15
•SLDLs 1×12 1×10, 1×12 (1 min rest between each set)
•banded hip thrusts 3×15 normal stance, feet further out in front of you. you’ll feel it target your entire glutes that shit is fireeee.
•leg press 2×15 (10 seconds between each set) up the weight 2×15 (10 seconds rest btwn) placing your feet higher up on the press, pushing through your heels and squeezing the entire way through! the more heavy leg press I do the more I see a huge difference.. let’s make it happen y’all ❤️ (I ended the workout with burnout hamstring curls SS hip abductors)
