•second exercise are my worst enemy!!!! single leg RDLs almost always get me, my form definitely is in need of some work but that’s why we train right? Know your weaknesses, and do whatever you need to do to perfect them😌 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•banded kickbacks on the cables bc homegirl didn’t have the kickback straps :/ and of course jake coming in to make sure my form is correct 😂😭 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•cable step ups ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•last workout was a combination of cable squats – rdls and it was suuuuper fire 🔥 and of course last I had to add in the ab wheel, on the last rep I ran over my hair! 😂 my workouts aren’t perfect if you couldn’t tell at least I’m having fun doing it😉
