Working hard on this beautiful Friday, and I got my booty gains to show for it 💪🏻 it blows my mind how someone can give advice for something they don’t have. Anyways, here’s the workout from today 🍑: •Banded SLDLs 3×12 (45lb)
•Single leg plated hip thrusts no band: burnout •Regular stance hip thrust 2×15 , up weight 2×12 (notice how for these, my feet are spread wide and my toes are up, pushing through my heels to target my glutes. these reallly hit my upper glutes!!! Remember, slow and controlled!) •Cable front lunges 3×10 (not shown)
•elevated smith machine RDLS 3×12 (not shown)
•Cable RDLS SS w single leg RDLS (hold/ pull cable no attachments)
•20 second banded cable squat walk x2 (these May look silly, but this band is really heavy! and it gets the job done cause my legs were on fire!!!🔥🔥🔥)
•Single leg RDLS (20 lb dumbbell) 3×12 SS split squats
