Warmup:
•banded elevated glute bridges with 2 pumps each rep
•single leg elevated glute bridges 3×12 each leg
Workout:
•dumbbell sumo squats 4×12; feet sumo position with 2 35 lb dumbbells in each hand. each rep pushing up thru ur heels will burrrrn so good 🔥🔥
•single leg HT 3×10 each leg; pushing up thru ur heels and pausing/ squeezing at the top
•wide stance banded HT 3×12; I recently have been focusing more on squats and haven’t been hip thrusting as much mainly because the bench always moves and it’s so frustrating 🙄🤦♀️ but after a while of not doing them as consistent, I felt them so much more!! 👏👏
