Tonight’s workout was rough considering I was having a full blown panic attack due to an excessive amount of caffeine 🤦♀️ all good though, managed to get it done!
•warmed up with single leg banded hip thrusts 3×15 •SLDLs 4×12
•hip thrusts: 4×12 (2 banded) 2 sets without the band because my legs started closing in a bit. I wanted to get the full wide stance to target my glutes… so up the weight 2×15 no band!!
•banded abductors SS hamstring curls 3×20
