



Gonna start off by saying how amazing these bands are @ryanreadthrive 💪🏻 finally incorporating some resistance bands back into my workouts I haven’t used bands in a whileee! these added such good tension for the glutes 🙌🏻🙌🏻
It is amazing what you can do when you fuel your body properly… yall I worked out for about 2.5 hours today literally best lift I’ve had in a while 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Is 2.5 almost 3 hours necessary? Absolutely not! but I was killing it so here’s the workout :
(not in any order)
•banded dumbbell squats SS rdls 4×12
•kneeling squats 4×12
•banded smith machine squats 4×10 (heavy)
•leg press 4×15
•hip thrusts (not shown) with bands 4×15-20 reps
•sumo deads 3×10
got the best lift with these bands I’ll be using them every workout 🏋️‍♀️ ladies were lifting heavy out here!! 💪🏻🙌🏻
