YALLL we finally have another booty workout 🍑 I haven’t been recording as much taking some time adjusting my macros and working on my overall mental health because you neeeed to take care of YOU! (Thankfully I have the best bf who’s always keeping me motivated even if I’m not in the best mindset 🥰)
That being said I feel amazing and have been getting the best lifts since I decided to start taking better care of myself / watching what I put in my body. Baby steps!!
I’ve also been following along with @ryanreadthrive tips for technique and holy game changer!!
Workout:
•smith machine squats (4×10)
•Bulgarian split squats on smith machine (3×10 each leg)
•leg press (not shown) heavy weight 4×15
•goblet squats 5×15 SS w DB rdls
