•cable squats with band push outs 3×16 reps
cable donkey kicks 3×15-20 reps
SS single leg HT w band 3×15 reps add a plate
Hip thrusts 4×12-15 reps (went up in weight each set)
Single leg glute bridge w band 3×20 reps
SS cable pull throughs 3×12
Good mornings on cable 3×15
Walking lunges 4 sets (25lb plate over head) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
