

Small waist, bigger booty 😉💜 hiii babies! This mornings leg workout was fire 🔥 working out in the mornings from now on before I’m exhausted from work/ driving all day! I’m able to get way more done and I’m finally getting good lifts again 🤓
Today’s workout: •warm up banded kick back pulses 2×30 each leg •lying leg curl 4×15 •SLDLs 3×12 •banded hip thrusts 2 sets of wide stance 2 regular stance •split squats 3×10 SS RDLs 3×10
